It's a Japanese anime written by Gosho Oyama and quoted from the manga
It's the 24th film that has been postponed because of the current conditions in the country.
The film will be screened, as the author said in April 2021.
That's next year.

The Story of the Movie

One in every four years, the world's largest sports festival, the Summer Olympics, happens to host the Tokyo capital of the 2020 Summer Olympics. During the tournament, a number of famous tournament sponsors are kidnapped. The Akai family joins the whole; Chief among them are Shuichi Akai, an FBI agent, his younger brother, professional shogi player Shukichi Haneda, and their detective younger sister, Masumi Sera, as well as their mystery mother, Meri Sera. They all share one goal with Konan Adogawa, which is to uncover the mystery of the abducted shepherds.
